






Mr. Archer has 26 years of experience in oil and gas production chemicals, as well as six years experience in production and processing in natural gas plants. Mr. Archer has considerable expertise in foam assisted lift using liquid foaming agents to produce marginal wells and is recognized as a leader in technology for gas enhancement. He has experience in shale production, coal bed methane, limestone and sandstone formations across the United States. Mr. Archer holds an associate's degree in business management from the University of Texas Permian Basin and has been a member of the American Petroleum Institute, Society of Petroleum Engineers and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.

Mr. Velarde, a CPA, is a graduate from BYU. He started his career in 1984 in Houston with Touch Ross. Soon after the merger with Deloitte, Mr. Velarde became a partner, working out of the Mexico City office focusing on cross-border finance activities, taking foreign companies public in the U.S. and Europe. From 1995 through 1999 he was Executive Vice President of Finance in Colombia and Venezuela for Panamco (NYSE listed), the largest international Coca-Cola bottler. As such, he managed two $500 million operations with 11,000 employees each, in particular having co-directed a $1.2 billion acquisition of the Venezuelan Pepsi bottler that switched over to Coke. In 1999, Mr. Velarde became the CFO of the second largest international Pepsi bottler and Budweiser distributor (BAESA, NYSE listed), responsible for operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. Following a restructuring and subsequent sale, Mr. Velarde returned to the U.S. He joined Multi-Chem as CFO in 2001, when the company had revenues of $18 million and 60 employees.

Mr. Durham received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and started his career in Houston in 1974 with Amoco Chemicals in research and development and became product line manager in 1978. In 1980, he initiated the product management group for the newly formed DiChem division of Dresser Industries. In 1983, he was recruited to manage product line development/management for Baker Hughes and was instrumental in developing the Baker Hughes product line to world class status from 1983 to 1997 where sales increased from $38MM to $250MM. After the Petrolite acquisition, he was promoted to direct global supply chain operations for the newly formed Baker Petrolite. From 1998 to 2005, he managed global supply chain operations of 500+ personnel supporting $700MM in revenue and developed new supply chain operations, JV's, JDA's and distributors in Europe, FSU, Latin America, Russia, West Africa, Middle East, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. In 2005 Danny joined Multi-Chem as VP Technology/Supply Chain management.

Mr. Johnson brings to the company more than 30 years of experience in the oilfield services industry including production chemicals, stimulation, well control and well intervention. Mr. Johnson's vast operational and business development experience has included positions such as International Director for Cudd Pressure Control, Division Manager for Dowell/ Schlumberger and a partner in Dyna-Coil, now known as BJ Dyna-Coil. His international knowledge consists of working in Russia and parts of Europe, Middle East, Indonesia and multiple countries in Latin America. A member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and American Petroleum Institute, Mr. Johnson holds a BBA from the University of Texas. He is also a member on the development board of Buckner Ministries.

Mr. Gage started his career in East Texas with a family-owned company that specialized in completion fluids, frac tanks and saltwater disposal. He became involved in the creation of an environmental division that specialized in the recycling of non-hazardous hydrocarbon based fluids. After U.S. Filter purchased the company, Mr. Gage served as the Regional Sales Manager for the Western division of an affiliated company, which specialized in water treatment for both residential and commercial markets. Mr. Gage returned to the oil and gas industry with Multi-Chem in June of 2007 as a manager for Global Business Development. He became the Director of Personnel Development, where he led internal training and customer training for Multi-Chem. Currently he serves as Vice President of Employee Support and Development, where he supervises human resources, fleet and training and development. Mr. Gage holds a BS from the University of Texas at Tyler, along with a number of training certifications and has conducted sales seminars throughout the U.S.

Mr. Archer began his career for Holt Compressor Systems building natural gas compressors in San Antonio. He was then recruited by a drilling fluids company as a drilling fluids engineer and moved to Victoria, Texas. During his tenure there, he gained much oil and gas experience as a mud engineer. In 1984, Mr. Archer took a hiatus from the oil industry to own and operate a landscape irrigation company. He returned in 1998 and began his career with Multi-Chem in South Texas. During the next eight years he was promoted to Area Manager and then Region Manager. Doug and his teammates nurtured customer relationships in South Texas and built this region to be one of Multi-Chem’s cornerstones. Mr. Archer now serves as Vice President of US Operations.

After graduating from the University of Alberta with a degree in Science Engineering, Mr. Hallett began his career in the oil and gas industry as a project engineer for Gulf Canada Ltd. He then worked for Cooper Energy Services before going to Baker Petrolite. At Baker Petrolite, Mr. Hallett became the Region Vice President for Europe, Africa, Russia and Caspian and earned a reputation in the industry for excellence. In 2007, Mr. Hallett joined Multi-Chem as the Vice President of Canadian Operations.

Mr. Leatherwood began his oilfield chemical career 35 years ago in the Permian Basin of West Texas, USA. By 1980 he was president and CEO of J&L Drilling. Five years later, he transitioned to buying and selling oilfield leases in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, only to come back to the oilfield chemical business in 1988. Within two years, he was promoted to District Manager over Oklahoma, North Texas, Texas Panhandle and South Eastern Kansas, and held this position until joining Multi-Chem in 1998. Mr. Leatherwood now serves as the Senior Vice President of Latin American Operations. Throughout his tenure in the industry, Mr. Leatherwood has attended over 60 specialty training classes and has been a member of the Society for Petroleum Engineers, National Association for Corrosion Engineers and American Petroleum Institute.

Mr. Lopez received his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University in 1993 and his J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. Prior to joining the Multi-Chem Executive Team in 2009, Mr. Lopez was a partner with the law firm Jackson Walker, LLP where he gained extensive experience in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and international distributor, supply and agency agreements. Mr. Lopez is responsible for overseeing all of Multi-Chem’s legal affairs throughout the world.
