The HS&E Excellence Program was designed to recognize facilities/operations by continuously reviewing and auditing all of the HS&E elements, assigning grades and recognizing top divisions with annual awards. This serves to inspire the team to follow procedures and encourages team building while creating a unified goal for each local area.
