HS&E Training and Mentoring

At Multi-Chem, we believe that team training is not a one-time event. Our employees actively participate in training programs over their entire course of their career with the company. With a focus on regulatory and industry standards, designed to meet or exceed OSHA, DOT and EPA, as well as our own Multi-Chem specific programs, we continually communicate with and educate our team through:

• On hire training.
• New hire orientation.
• Monthly and annual training sessions.

Along with these training sessions, Multi-Chem has designed and employed a mentoring process for all Short Service Employees (SSE) and new employees to the industry, company, job description or job title, giving them hands on training and supervision to ensure proper techniques & safety behaviors prior to working alone.

Our objective is to maintain a safety and health program that will provide education and training to help us prevent accidents, injuries and occupational illnesses and become an industry leader in the field of safety.
